Restricting the desktop area
Macro Recorder has several functions that processes your desktop screen, such as capturing a screen region (screenshot) or waiting for visual changes in an area of your computer desktop.
By default, Macro Recorder uses the entire desktop which is quite CPU demanding. To optimize performance and to filter unnecessary information, you can restrict the desktop area to...
- A specific region on your desktop
- A window that has focus at the time of macro execution
- A region of a focussed window.
