Macro Recorder can occasionally check if a new software version is available on our server. If you use a proxy server, you can configure it here:
Software Update Check
We strongly recommend to keep the program up-to-date with the built-in internet update check.
To check for updates manually, connect your computer to the internet, click the Macro Recorder tray icon and select .
You can enable automatic check for updates under
Macro Recorder can optionally download software updates and install them automatically the next time you start the program. This may include versions that may require a paid maintenance renewal.
Macro Recorder must be allowed to pass through your firewall to check for software updates.
The installation of software updates requires administrator rights.
